If for any reason you need to talk to us about a return please do email kisses@kissandmakeup.ca. We will gladly rectify any production issue that sometimes occurs (ie, skincare pump not working) or damaged packaging when shipping.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.
